This page explains what information Luciano Realty ("we", "us") collects through lucianorealtypr.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
When you submit the "Request Info" form on a listing, or the general Contact form, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you enter. We use this only to respond to your inquiry — to follow up about a property, schedule a tour, or answer your question. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.
Inquiries are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase, our database provider, and are only accessible to authenticated Luciano Realty agents. We keep inquiry records so we can follow up with you; you can ask us to delete yours at any time (see "Your rights" below).
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage only for functional purposes — for example, remembering your language preference or keeping an agent signed in on their own device. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us. Just reach out using the contact details below and we'll take care of it.
This site is intended for adults researching or purchasing real estate and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
